Manzanita Bakehouse and Bike Dog Present an Evening With

Mongers and Brewers

Certified Cheese Professionals Greg Severn and Meghan Riley join Bike Dog for a five course cheese and beer pairing. Over the course of two hours, they along with Bike Dog brewers, Kyle Leddy and Nate Tillman, take you through five different cheeses from across the United States pairing them with Bike Dog’s tenth anniversary beers.

This is a nice casual way to spend an evening of beer and cheese. The brewers and cheese mongers, between each course, will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

What will be served?

Each of the five courses will feature a cheese/beer pairing along with accoutrements. A Manzanita Bakehouse Demi-baguette will accompany the tasting.

Who Will Be There?

Greg Severn is founder of Manzanita Bakehouse, a naturally leavened sourdough company based in Sacramento. He is a Certified Cheese Professional and has decades of experience in the cheese, beer and wine world.

Meghan Riley is a Certified Cheese Professional and has been working with cheese, wine and beer for 25+ years.

Kyle Leddy, Bike Dog’s Brewery Operations Manager, has been passionately producing craft beer in the Sacramento area for 10 years and loves not only the end product, but the process, the art and the science of brewing.

Nate Tillman joined Bike Dog seven years ago and has had every job in the industry. He currently brews every beer Bike Dog makes and loves beer’s ability to tell a story with every sip.
